SPECTRUM Leadership Advantage Gettysburg Battlefield Staff Ride Executive Leadership Training Experience
SPECTRUM Leadership Advantage offers a rich leadership development experience for private companies onsite at the Gettysburg battlefield. In the battlefield’s “outdoor classroom”, our expert instructors provide an immersive leadership and strategic operations study opportunity drawn from the crucible of the American Civil War’s most famous battle.
Battlefield staff rides have ben a central leader development component in every U.S. armed service since the 1880s. Designed for leadership cohorts from entry level to C-suite, SPECTRUM Leadership Advantage’s Gettysburg Battlefield Staff Ride provides an extraordinary classroom for organizational leaders to review leadership and management lessons in an exciting, historic, and interactive venue. This is an exceptional experience for corporate leaders, delivering Gettysburg’s timeless lessons for leading in today’s volatile, complex, and ambiguous world.
