Alexandria, Va. – January 29, 2024 – The SPECTRUM Group (TSG) is pleased to announce that Brigadier General Terry Bullard, U.S. Air Force (Ret.) has joined its firm. General Bullard delivers more than 30 years of senior subject matter expertise encompassing sensitive and complex counterintelligence, law enforcement, risk mitigation, security, counter-insider threat, and executive protection investigations and operations domains, with strong expertise in U.S. Air Force and Space Force garrison and deployed operations.

Prior to joining TSG, General Bullard served a 30-year Air Force career. As Commander of the Department of the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI), the Air Force and Space Force’s worldwide federal law enforcement, security, and counterintelligence agency, he was responsible to the Secretary of the Air Force for all major Air Force and Space Force counterintelligence and federal-level, complex law enforcement investigative and operational activity, including global counterintelligence support to deployed operations, special access program (SAP) security, counter-insider threat investigations and operations, and executive personnel protection. General Bullard also served as lead advisor to Air Force, Space Force, and Joint Force senior leadership on OSI portfolio matters.
